Delivery, exchanges and Returns

Estimated delivery times base on Colissimo’s delivery standards :

- Metropolitan France : 2 to 3 business days

- International : 3 to 9 business days

Free shipping on orders over €100 within Metroplitan France.

If you are not satisfied with your order, if you chose a wrong size, product or if you have changed your mind, please let us know.

We do not offer exchanges but within 15 days after receipt of your order you can send us back the item using the original packaging.

We will refund you within 7 days after receipt of the item you purchased (an email will be sent to you).

You will then have the possibility to order an other item in a different size or colour for instance.

1 – PRINT THE RETURN PURCHASE FORM

You can find the return purchase form in the parcel of your product.

2 – PREPARE THE PARCEL :

Replace the item in its original packaging and put it in a parcel. Please don’t forget to include the return purchase form duly completed together with the invoice of the order.

3 – SEND THE ITEM(S)

Please deliver the parcel to the post office and send it at the following address (the expenses of return are the responsibility of the purchaser) :

4 – REFUND

You will be refunded within 7 working days after receipt of your item.

We will use the same means of payment as for the order, except for an order placed with an e-blue card which will receive store credit only.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been made.

The items purchased on sale, promotion or flash sales will be refunded at purchase price.
